STEM Support for Bronx Science Club at PS 33

The Alchemist Club at PS 33 in the Bronx needs your support! Dr. Ronelus, STEM Educator and Instructional Designer, is fundraising for his students to get the Oculus Rift virtual reality learning platform. This tool would give 120 students immersion into learning science concepts, ideas and fundamental scientific principles that are normally beyond the reach of the average student. Dr. Ronelus adds, "We are quickly approaching a point where learning will become virtual. In this day and age, learners should be immersed in learning science concepts, ideas, and fundamental scientific principles by using the latest cutting edge technologies. The Oculus Rift virtual reality learning platform will be used to help my students develop content mastery of some of the most difficult abstract science concepts such as electric/magnetic fields, force/energy/dynamic ecosystems. These abstractions are extremely challenging even for the most astute students. We are looking forward to commence this laudable project in a public school science learning environment. Help us bring about paradigm shift in education."

STEM careers need more women and people of color, and by supporting this initiative, Dr. Ronelus can provide his students with the latest cutting edge learning technology. No donation is too small, anything you donate creates a learning impact to future doctors, scientists, engineers, tech wizards, and more!
