Dec 1: Authors & Writers Info-Session In The Bronx
The sisSTAR Loop Series continues with its upcoming info-session! Join us on Thursday, December 1st (6-9pm) at Novelty Nachos to learn more from seasoned published authors and writers. If you are interested in publishing a book or e-book, want to take your current writing to the next level or want to learn more about writing, blogging, publishing, etc. this event is for you!
This FREE event starts promptly at 6pm and features the following amazing authors and writers:

Our host and sisSTAR Loop Founder, MelimeL, is also celebrating the 10 year anniversary of her poetry book, Beneath the Deep Surface (2006), as well as, the one year anniversary of The sisSTAR Loop launch!

Why the Bronx? This event taking place in the Bronx is timely as there is currently a campaign for The Lit. Bar (an independently owned bookstore and wine bar led by sisSTAR Noëlle Santos) to become a reality! The love of literacy is very much alive in the Bronx, even though the only bookstore in the entire borough (a Barnes & Noble) will be permanently closing soon. We're rooting for The Lit.
